Policies

Our mission is to provide researchers with a single facility offering a comprehensive range of resources and services for cell-specific gene regulation, genetic modification and gene delivery across in-vitro and in-vivo systems. The core constructs generation, purification and titration of custom recombinant adenoviruses, adeno-associated viruses and lentivirus/retroviruses. The core is administered through the Research Resource Center and the Department of Physiology and Biophysics, and is physically located in COMRB2082 and COMRB2160.
